I should of did a review a while back did not have a chance.It did suck that my MSI laptop screen died in less than a year but the guy did fix it. Only thing I did not like was the new screen protector was coming off of the new one I fixed that and how it was a young guy who picked up my laptop from the screen to say how flimsly my MSI was lol. I know you were trying to prove a point but ouch that was kind of scary to see. Everything else was good and great customer service and honoring prices. Good prices and quick reply. I would reccomend to anyone. 5 stars unless this laptop monitor goes out this year again I pray not.

Brought in my 8 y.o. computer not quite knowing what to expect repair wise. Ryan gave me an estimate and explained thoroughly what the repair would entail. When I hesitated, he showed me several computers he had in the shop for sale. I decided to purchase a totally refurbished model, 6 yrs newer than mine for only a little more than the repair would have cost. It has been about a week and I am totally satisfied with the product. Would definitely recommend them!

Hi , it could be because the power supply needs to be replaced. They sometimes become weak over time.
No problem if you bring it in we can backup your files to an USB drive or an external hard drive.
