Using Cruise America was one of the best decisions. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. The price was better then any other place and the RV was fantastic. I will recommend you without hesitation.

All in all it was a good rental and acceptable for the most part. The refrigerator was on the outs for the first 3 days but we had it fixed. The windshield wiper blades were shot and needed replacement. The vehicle was, I was told by the support folks, an older model and that was ok. I would use CA again for a RV rental. I was treated very fairly at destination and provided with some relief for the fridge issue and all is good!

The girls at the front desk made it simple to get in and on the road. only issue I had was with the E450 its self. The Ac failed serval times on my way to the camp ground and on the way back so had to roll windows down going down the high way kinda sucked. So overall customer service was great the camper in its self was tell ac started failing on me. Maybe if u go with them again next rv might be better??

We rented from Cruise America last week and it was a great experience. It was our first time RVing and I was hesitant that it would be a hassle, but the entire trip was very relaxing. The man that helped us was very accommodating both during check-in and check-out. We’ll definitely be back for a future rental.
