Horrible place to work… discrimination is so bad at this place. They allow Employees to be disrespected in multiple ways and to be called racial slurs. I have also witnessed fraud on multiple occasions that goes unpunished. This review is just my personal opinion and I would not refer anyone to this place for work or to assign a study!

No problem even one was kind ,can someone think about putting everyone on the email list and do a questionnaire before they come in and do a study

I went to participate in a study and tried to call in advance to find out the study requirements. For a day and a half, no one answered the phone. So I decided to just drive down, but had no idea what documentation I needed to bring. Also, it would have been nice to know to stop certain over-the-counter medications in advance, esp those that are not prescribed on a on-going basis. After spending an entire morning going through the screening process, I was told I could not participate in the study. Had someone just answered the phone, these details could have been shared, and I could have simply waited 24-hours to come in and screen. Instead, I donated 3.5 hours of my time to be turned away. No loss for them, but when trying to pick up extra $, its a big deal for me.

If I could give a negative star I would. I have been coming here on and off for about 8 years, never again though. Hill-Top and all it's supervisors / executives should be ashamed of yourselves. Ever since you moved to the new place it's been completely down hill. Most of your newer employees aren't even competent enough for McDonalds! Arguing with one another or how to do intakes in front of patients, yes you have winners there. And you call yourselves a medical research facility? That is a complete and utter joke, you haven't been that since the old days with the old crew.
