It is weird. Clickish. People hang in their groups and don't know how to respond to someone just saying hello. Sad. Read the "manager" responses to some of these reviews...unprofessional. The place could really be something...

I attempted to order three different mixed drinks before the bartender could finally find all the ingredients to make one. Everything was run down and dilapidated. We couldn't order food because the cook never showed up. That was probably a blessing in disguise. If this is "Sarasota's Premier LGBT Venue" then it's a really sad commentary on the state of Sarasota's gay commnunity.

I wasn't expecting much when I went for the first time. Not the most aesthetically appealing place I've been, but I had a great time. My drinks were strong and music was great. The dancers are a welcome plus. The manager is super friendly and staff was pleasant. I've gone back on a few occasions and always have a great time.
