EVERYONE in the office is caring and very understanding! I have. Never worked for an agency that is so involved with the caregivers and clients! And they really do care,and try to meet everyone's needs! Upmost respect for everyone! They're stuck with me for the long run,I wouldn't trade this company for any other! U have a loved one? I would not trade this agency for the world. Caregivers are well-trained, always courteous, professional and pleasant to deal with. They take excellent care of my husband who needs assistance with most activities of daily living. The agency makes every effort to ensure consistency of care by assigning the same two caregiver(s) to provide 8 to 10 hours of daily care over 7 days. The care manager makes frequent visits to our home to monitor and ensure ongoing quality of care. Agency personnel are highly responsive to my needs and the changing needs of my husband. They are in constant contact and highly responsive. I could not ask for more.

Very personal agency making sure clients and caregivers are compatible. Highly experienced staff. Most important are their capabilities for compassion, honesty and reliability. Certainly there are many agency choices to ostensibly fill your needs. We tried two others. Nothing compared to the services provided by Home Care Assistance as you are always considered Number 1.
