Great service and customer support! Very professional! I usually don’t write reviews, but this place deserves one: I came here for company business and we had a complicated situation that involved shipping across the border to Mexico (always tricky). These shippers are experienced, professional and thoroughly-detailed; they not only input all details properly and adequately, but also pre-emptively went the extra-mile by furnishing extra details about the contents to better ensure a smooth process through customs. Well, the package had delays at no-fault to this company, and they even helped us through it and provided their expertise in an effort to accommodate us. Great place to use to ship! Don’t look elsewhere because they’re a solid standard in customer care & appreciation!

I feel I was TOTALLY Ovet charged for a pkg $75. to ship. was Not a large box went to N D and it was 2 days late. Got hung up in I'll. For $75 it most certainly should be on time. Will Not use them again.

The quote was inaccurate and misleading and ended up costing far more than agreed. I was promised that a box would be cut down to size to fit my shipment to keep shipping rates as low as possible. Then after everything was already done, was told that the box could not be cut down and my overall cost would be an additional $45 above the maximum quoted cost. When the package arrived there was clearly room to cut the box down, they just didn't bother. Be very cautious before proceeding with this business.
