This place is a joke! The only person that even seemed to care was the receptionist,other than that no one there is professional the doctor included! I took my dog in there for an emergency which would cost me $150, meanwhile you have 10 nurses joking around with the doctors standing outside my door saying take your time! I never knew you were supposed to take your time on an emergency visit, keyword emergency 🚨 this place does not care about the well-being of your animals it doesn’t matter what type of animal they don’t care all they care about is your money anything outside of that it’s not that serious to them. My dog is in pain and I took her there to be treated she is whining and all the nurses are laughing outside of the room. This place is a bigger joke than Lee Memorial Hospital and needs to be permanently shut down and everyone fired

Customer Service and Emergency Phone Service were amazing!! They helped us as our newly adopted dog was having puppies, the mom we adopted as a rescue was nothing more than a puppy herself both personality wise and more importantly size. So as she was having her pups we seen her getting weaker and as the 3rd and final puppy was coming we called Animal Emergency Services and they walked us through and the momma and puppies all came out of the labor perfectly fine and happy and loving their new home! Thanks again! .... Puppies at 3 weeks Old

Been coming to Viscaya Prado Vet. for 1 year now and the staff has always been very patient with my puppy. I have a cocker Spaniel who is a little grumpy until she warms ups. But, the staff gets its. They give her time to warm up and we always walk out with a great visit. The staff is awesome!

Vizcaya Prado has emergency services at the Country Club big office. They were great. I like seeing an office that knows my dog and their emergency services are more reasonable priced.
Yes they do, it's a complete hospital!
I'm not sure on how they do their pricing but I can tell you they are cheaper than every other place I've priced. Enough so that I've gone there twice. Sorry to hear about your baby and hope this helps.

They have always come back on the line after putting me on hold. I have been going to them for years. I don't know maybe phone issues or super busy. They do a lot of emergency visits and they have always compensated me for my wait time if I was in office and that occurred. They are a good vet place
