Dr. Ally Lanser and her staff are very sweet, caring, and very knowledgeable. This was out first time here with our new puppy. Dr. Ally and her staff took their time, sat down with us, and answered all our questions and concerns. We feel very confident and comfortable with our vet choice.

my cat seemed extremely sick so i called immediately and asked to be seen right away. they denied me and told me they were booked fully and the only time they could see me was 2 days later. The next day I wake up to see my cat dead on the floor. i asked for any medication or anything to give to my cat in the meantime, however they told me to wait until my appointment. I lost my cat i grew up with, simply because they were ‘too full’. this service is terrible and it caused the death of my cat. horrible service. thanks for making me lose my best friend.

The staff,service and doctor were very sweet, kind and professional. I would have give 5 stars, but, I felt they all could have been more informative and understanding for my dogs concerns. Price a little higher, but, it was only alittle more than the other animal hospital. The hospital itself was very, very clean with great atmosphere.

Always courteous and understanding with us and our puppies. They take pretty good care of them and treat them like they are their own. We started coming here when our oldest pup wasn’t doing so hot and they did everything they could to extend his life without costing us an arm and a leg. They are the only ones we trust with our newest member of the family!
