I normally have a good visit. I bought a pressure washer last night to do a job today. We put the gas and oil in it Crank it up it ran for 5 minutes. That's all it does it won't stay running. I called the store and they tell me to bring it back Monday when the mechanics there. I said that's not going to help me today I'm supposed to do a job with that thing. Now I can't do my job because I bought something that don't work. Am I happy, hell no.!!! Evidently the manager has no managing skills, because that's not how you treat customers. As a matter of fact that's how you will lose customers 😠😠😠

Store is always very clean. On the “BIGGER TICKET” items, (welders, etc), you should have models on display. I bought my welder, @ HD, because they had one similar on display, you didn’t.

Some time ago I attended one of these store located in Orlando it was a negative experience. Now, my experience in this location at Lakeland was totally different, customer service was excellent and we came out with everything we need and much more. They won us as a customer for the record that we live far away.
