McAuley is a first class jewelry store. My husband inherited several pieces of gold jewelry he wanted to sell. Dyan painstakingly checked each piece to determine value. Dyan was a jewel and a pleasure to work with, so much so that we went back with more jewelry and plan to go again with the remainder. Feels good to know there are still family-owned businesses with a high level of integrity, professionalism, and kindness. I was passed down a breathtaking ID bracelet from my late aunt on my 18th birthday. I couldn’t wear it as often as I liked because I’m a massage therapist so wearing anything on my wrists while massaging is a no no. So it sat in a jewelry box not getting the attention that it deserved. Well, I decided one day to have it turned into a necklace. Did my research beforehand because the bracelet is over 30 years old & I wanted to make sure it would be handled delicately & with love. When I tell you this place EXCEEDED all my expectations, they did just that & then some. Fast forward a few years, my almost 2 year old gave it a good yank & broke it. I was heartbroken! My mom ended up taking it back in for me to get it repaired & have a couple extra inches added to it because it was hard for me to get over there due to my crazy schedule. Long story short, McAuley did it again! They brought my necklace back to life! It is just as gorgeous & breathtaking as it once was. So, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to you guys for your beautiful work on my most sentimental piece of jewelry I own. I am eternally grateful! I know my aunt is smiling from the heavens on what phenomenal care you guys took of one bracelet now necklace. ❤️

Had a really great experience here and will be back! I brought in some broken jewelry and they gave me a fair price for my gold and made me these gorgeous earrings for a Christmas gift for my mother. There was a small miscommunication but it was very quickly rectified and the customer service was superb! I have some other projects I’d like to do and I will definitely be using them again. The experience I had here and how patient every one was with my children etc when I’d come in made it the experience even better! Have had some dealings with other chain jewelry stores recently and customer service and craftsmanship doesn’t even compare! Great business!
