I just went on my 2nd tour at Camdens & Both times I was received with open arms the leasing agents on both occasions where truly AMAZING Veronica & Janette answered every single question I had went into great detail very very knowledgeable about the property they both took their time with me on my 1st visit I was with my sister and our tour with Veronica was Outstanding I enjoyed every bit of it she was understanding and extremely kind when I came back for a second tour with my mom Janette just Blew me away she took her time with my mom & I my mom right now has certain challenges but Janette made my mom feel so welcomed and treated her with such respect & kindness I am so grateful for both of the ladies for their Incredible Service!!! Thank You Thank You Thank You!!!

This place is very unprofessional. I left a $400 deposit and they have taking almost 2 months to return my deposit. Said it was mailed I never received, so I then gave another address now they are saying when releasing a new check and placing stop payment would take up to 6 weeks! Why??? It was their fault for lieing saying they had already sent a check. Now why am I having to wait so long for my refund of my deposit from November? They made absolute they only accept money orders so they are paid swiftly but to play around with someone else's money is dead wrong .

Camden’s customer service is decently responsive and always courteous, but there have been some disappointments. While every customer or resident may have a different experience, ours was mostly positive, but the negative is enough for us to decide not to extend our lease. The garage exteriors are poorly designed, extending at the sides for an aesthetic that sacrifices function. The ceilings are thin and they allow treadmills in the apartments, so if anyone is working out from home, you’ll either be the recipient of multiple noise complaints, or the recipient of headache inducing noise from the pounding on the floor (or your ceiling) that visible buckles with each run. Pet care is sometimes an issue, and while the staff does remind residents to follow rules to keep areas clean, especially where children play, there is little enforcement, even if the staff is aware of repeat offenders. The amenities are usually in decent shape, as the cleaning crew is careful to maintain them regularly. This is also a popular spot for sports car enthusiasts, so there are noticeably loud cars revving their engines at different points of the day, sometimes as late as 3 am. While we do not have regrets about leasing here because of the space and the amenities, we will not be renewing again, mostly in light of how noisy the neighborhood is, and how poorly built the units are to handle the noise.

We fell in love with this place. We never had issues with security or packages being stolen in front of our doorstep. The management staff, especially Mindy, Martin and the maintenance team are all very courteous, helpful and friendly. The recently promoted Assistant Manager Dave Kelly and the new manager Jordan Weiss are both hands on in ensuring that the residents live comfortably in the complex. The recent repaving is impressive and the latest changes in parking policies assures every tenant a parking spot whenever they come home even during the wee hours of the morning. This place is worth recommending to friends and relatives. Thank you for everything, Camden. We appreciate all the help that you've extended to us. We will miss you all.
