I ordered yesterday by online and just picked up a dozen of glaze donuts at 6:15am. But all donuts were not today's new ones. Not soft and fresh at all... Probably they gave me yesterday's leftover donuts. How can they sell outdated donuts? This is the first time to experience this horrible taste of donut. So disappointed.

The donuts are only hot if the light is on, and you ask for them to be hot. It is an extra 4 minutes to get them right off the glazer, and not everyone will want them hot or to wait the extra time.

I was at the store today and last week. Today i ordered 3 donuts and a coffee with cream. The donuts were all ice cold as they were last week and the coffee had no cream for $7. The hot sign is on aren't the donuts supposed to at least warm? Why?
