Buses do not connect. Have to wait an hour everyday before and after work There are no bus supervisors to ensure buses run on schedule. 2 hours to go 10 miles because buses do not connect.

I receive bus passes to get to an from work because I'm on medicaid well I didn't receive Marchs passes. I called the main office number provided on the website the man that answered was very rude placed me on hold when I asked to speak to someone of course no one answered.. He couldn't tell me why I didn't receive them and offered no help.

Drivers are really nice that's why i gave them a two stars. I got on the bus and the drivers do not wear mask. I mean we still required to wear them right? Sometimes i get on the bus and there are 30 plus people. No social distancing no mask...

If you have a problem with someone in the office, in fairness to the others who work there, you should contact someone who can address the issue. I personally recently started using the bus service and I (and others I witnessed) have had exceptional experiences on the Pasco County Public Bus. Today was the 2nd day I used the service. Both days, I was amazed at the compassion and personal touches used by the drivers who I seen interacting with the riders on the bus. The one driver (route 25, last run on Saturday December 22nd) was very kind and compassionate towards a homeless couple and seeing her interact with these riders just warned my heart! Additionally, the driver was concerned that we may not have realized the bus would not be available for our return trip home. I was so grateful, because I was unaware. Thanks to her efforts/ concerns we were able to make arrangements before hand and my young son and I had a wonderful time! Thank you so much (we loved the candy canes)!
Yes they are running today.
Hi. No it does not. Take route # 54 to Trinity hospital station, and take route #23 to go to NPR court house. PS, very important PLEASE let the bus driver that you'll be going to the NPR Court House as soon as you get on the bus. Good 👍 luck. Save trip
Call PCPT.main office number. They can tell you.
Until Oct ...
No they run Monday thru Saturday
Its a full service tomorrow, MLK day.
Yes. Just bring the required paperwork a picture id and $2.50
Try using the google maps function on your cell phone (if you have one). Type in departing address and arrival address and then tap the public transportation option. It will list all the bus routes you need to take
Route 19 departs from Huey Ave at 6 a.m. We are sorry, but there is no Sunday service with pcpt.
PSTA buses have a much better schedule and they cost a whole lot more then Pasco County Transit System does. Monthly bus pass for pcpt is $37.50 while a PSTA monthly pass is about double the cost. However I do agree that PCPT is in great need being re vamped and has many shortcomings. I for one would like to see them expand their bus service on Saturdays and provide service on Sundays..
4 & under Yes!, Other wise .75 cents per each way and Route!...
to get money back you have to bring it to Galen Wilson office, which will usually cost more in fare than amount on card
The 19 bus runs every 1/2 hour before 7.30pm. And every hour after 7.30 pm on weekdays.
PASCO COUNTY TRANSPORTATION.
Yes, I Do believe Route 41.
Take the 54 to the park and ride there you can get the Tampa bus every hour
All buses are completely off the road and in yard by 7:30pm... Depending on where your at and where your going.. Times will vary. The 4 buses on U.S.19 will end at 4 different locations. Due to the travel time it takes to get back to the yard on Galen Wilson. Hope that helps you.
Donna, On NPR RT 14 usually timely,. Should be every 1\2 hour and every hour on weekend. Why not? Let's think about it. What does the company think about it?
If you have a valid student ID card, then any Pasco COUNTY library.
No. Don't run on Sundays.
Yes
You use Greyhound, from their Spring Hill stop, or St Pete or Tampa stations. Either choice you're looking at at least 2 local route transfers to get to a station from Pasco
1.50 per ride or 3.75 for all day
