My wife went to pick up a post-op prescription for me, but before going, we checked my CVS App and the CVS general website to check the pharmacy hours. Sometimes during the Covid thing, the pharmacy was closing for lunch or something. Both the App & Website gave the pharmacy hours of operation with no mention of closing for any amount of time midday. She waited in the drive-thru for about 5 minutes while the one car in front of her was being helped, then pulled up and a recording told her they were closed and will reopen in half an hour. She could see 2 people in the window, so they could see her & knew she was waiting. There were no other cars behind her waiting, either. ☆That is rude and no kind of customer service! Are you seriously treating your customers that way? You couldn't take 2 more minutes to help her? That is NOT the way for a pharmacy, or any business, to treat customers!

I have a coupon for one of the medications that I take. Twice before today, I drove through the drive thru to drop it off so it could be processed, and I would pick up my prescription later. The person at the window today said that she could not accept it through the window and I would need to bring it in. It is a piece of paper. I have underlying health issues, I ALWAYS wear a mask, but the pharmacy was very busy with most standing around, NOT 6 ft apart and NO MASKS! This is ridiculous! Thanks for possibly exposing me because you couldn't take a piece of paper at the drive thru. You may want to inform all staff, so everyone is on the same page.

I use to like CVS, but not anymore. I brought my son's prescription in to get filled and had a manufacturer coupon from my son's physician to reduce the price to just $15. The tech acknowledged the coupon and told me it will be ready in a half hour. I go to pick up my son's prescription and the same guy says it's now $30. The coupon clearly states as long as the retail price is below $75 ( it was $50) all I have to pay is $15. He said it's up to the CVS which is in direct contrast of the manufacturer coupon. He said if I don't want to pay $30 I just won't get my son's medication. I eventually paid the $30, because I wasn't going to have my son do without his medicine but since then I refuse to give CVS anymore business. Walmart pharmacy honored the $15 price the following month.
