I can tell The Customer Service Front Desk Manager, Older Ladie has Issues with Spanish People and has bad attitude and why does Katrina allow someone like that to work there.

This is unbelievable. Every single time I have a concern or question I get assisted professionally and quickly. I have never had such a positive experience with another government entity as this location. Always and I mean always there for you with any question you made have and return calls when they say they will. I would give a 10 star if available. The reason I say unbelievable is because it's hard to find a place that has people who love what they do and do it with a passion.

To see if you qualify, please visit our website at www.property-appraiser.org or call our office, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Thank you for your question!
The easiest way to file for the senior exemption is to come in person with either your tax return or a social security statement/Bank Statement. The age requirement is 65+ and the household income limit is $32,561 for 2022. Our office address is 2505 E. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, FL 34744. We are open Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM (walk-ins welcome).
We recommend seeking the advice of a real estate attorney or paralegal in order to ensure the document is prepared correctly. Once prepared, it would be taken to the Recording Department at the Court House to be recorded in the public records.
Thank you for your help.

Hello Laraine, a parcel number is assigned to each piece of property to help identify it for the purpose of tax, title, deed, and property lines. Your parcel number can be found on your property card by searching our website at property-appraiser.org if you are a property owner in Osceola County.
You have to go in and fill out your paperwork. Bring proof of new address.
How do you do it ? All I see online was a Doctors form...not how to do online.
I believe you can. Just explain you didn't know.
Thank you Mr. Brobst. Please bring driver license and social security number for each person that is filing. In case if the spouse is not filing, we will still need his/her social security number (as mandated by State law).

Hello, thank you for your question. Homeowners can file for homestead exemption online at https://ira.property-appraiser.org/online/ or visit our office at 2505 E Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Portability is included in the Homestead Exemption application. Portability is a constitutional amendment which grants additional tax relief to property owners. This amendment gives homeowners the “portability” right to move the Save Our Homes Benefits to a new homesteaded property. If you have applied for a new homestead exemption and are entitled to transfer a homestead assessment difference from a previous address, you may file form DR-501T with the Property Appraiser by March 1.
