I had a great experience with Lokey KIA. My first time there even though I have a 2019 Optima since I bought it from another dealership. My service writer Michael McGhee was extremely honest and helpful. He didn't try to up sell me anything (I hope he doesn't get in trouble for that!) and I truly appreciated that. I felt like I could actually trust them. It was a very refreshing experience. I will definitely be bringing my car back. If all Lokey dealerships are run this way they seem like a great company.

I brought my vehicle in for some warranty work. Was greeted by Dave and the interaction was very good. My appointment was for 5 July but I brought the vehicle in on June 30 as I would not be needing it over the weekend. Dave took all my information and said that he was going to get the vehicle in the next day as he would be on vacation the following week and wanted to make sure it was done correctly. On Saturday I received a call from Dave saying that they needed to order a part and it would be in on the fifth and that the car should be completed on the fifth. I explained that was fine with me. On the fifth at about 4 o’clock I still haven’t heard anything and I looked at Dave’s business card and thought I was calling the dealership instead I called his cell phone by mistake. I apologize for bothering him on his vacation and he said not to worry he was going to get involved with the situation anyway. Why above and beyond anything I would’ve expected. He called me back shortly to say that the part was held up by a day and that the vehicle would be finished the following day. Again I got a call from Dave the following morning to tell me that my vehicle was finished. Again doing this while he was on vacation. Unbelievable Customer Service from Dave. He is an asset to your organization and I needed to recognize him for the efforts. I will not hesitate to use him exclusively on any other service work that I need to have done with your organization. Again thanks so much Dave you were great

On 4/10/22 after having a nightmare with Suncoast Jeep. My husband and Son called Lokey Kia. They spoke with Tyler who is amazing!! As soon as we got at Lokey Kia it was a sense of calmness and positive vibes. The staff was simply amazing and went above and beyond for us! Mr. Tanaka Adams the sales manager was so professional and honest! Tyler our sales rep was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. My son truly enjoyed his experience as a first time car buyer with Lokey Kia. Max with Finance amazing as well. My son was able to get the vehicle he wanted on his own. He bought a 2022 Kia Soul. My husband,son and myself will like to thank Tyler, Mr Tanoka and Max along with the rest of the staff for the amazing experience with our son and there kindness! We truly will be coming back to Lokey Kia again. You guys are definitely one in a million and we are forever grateful to you all!

***CONSUMER ALERT*** ***DISTRICT MANAGER*** Arrived for a scheduled oil change today, was informed by the service advisor that the oil change would take an hour and a half. Oil change was completed and It was recommended my vehicle have a tire rotation. This is a scam! My vehicle got a complete tire package 1200 miles ago by a reputable Kia dealership, not Lokey. Upon inspecting the oil sticker, the service tech recommends the next oil change be done in 10,000 miles. Really!? I do not want a response, an apology or a complementary oil change. I will never conduct business with Lokey Kia again!

2019 Kia Optima - tires on the driver's side seem to be a tad low - nitro in 'em, so can I bring it in or is there another place to taken them?

I've had to take my Optima in to Lokey under warranty and they are a busy place but if you make an appointment they get you in and out asap and customer service is wonderful
