Awesome house! We loved our stay here. Pool was nice and clean, there was a grill available. The house was just like the photos and it was very clean which is important for us. Staff was super nice and check in was easy. The beach was beautiful and we were a short distance to Publix and restaurants. Thank you to the staff for making our vacation special ❤️

Had the opportunity to stay at one of their homes and we are so glad we did! Spent lots of time researching online and reading reviews and decided to choose beach time rentals. Check in process was easy, we had our unique code for the house which was a great in terms of security. We had our own “personal concierge” that helped us get settled in- I thought that was a nice touch. The house itself was very clean, we had a minor maintenance request which was taken care of same day, they were very prompt and the maintenance man was very professional. Our check in lady was always checking on us to make sure we were happy. Overall I would definitely stay with them again. My family and I thought the personal touches were very nice and feel like we got our moneys worth and more. Kudos to their team.

Girls’ Trip to Clearwater Beach We stayed at Waterfront Breeze in February 2022 and loved it! It’s in a nice building on the 7th floor, and we never had any problems with the elevator. The condo was spacious and clean with a large patio where you can watch seabirds fishing in the intracoastal waters. Just about anything you might need is within walking distance. Publix is a quick car ride away, but there is a small grocery and liquor store right across the street. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfy as was the couch in the living room. I was lucky enough to get the master bedroom to sleep in. It was so big and nicely decorated. The master bathroom is also very nice with a large shower and a bath tub too if you prefer that. This place is a gem, and my girlfriends and I all wished we had a few more days to stay here! Our property manager, Mona was very helpful and responsive to all my messages. She does her best to make sure you have the best possible vacation!

WESTWINDS PARADISE – 2718 Gulf Blvd #1 What a great place! This is the second time that my family has stayed at this property and it continues to be fantastic! The house is beautiful with lots of space for my family and kids (Beds for 12). The stretch of beach that the house is located on is just pristine. Very wide white sand beach with tons of space to play. The water was still warm when we were here in November and we all swam in the ocean every day! The house has a small pool in the back. While pretty tiny, it actually turned out to be a great place to play for my 5 year old twins. They could swim independently without me being in the water constantly. I had the management company turn on the pool heater. It was heated to 92 degrees and felt great. I would definitely recommend having the heater on in the winter months as there were a couple days with highs in 60s-70s. The house is very well supplied. The kitchen is amazing (I wish I had one like this at home) and has all the gear you could need to cook just about anything. We had a lot of little kids and little time for cooking on this trip. I used UBER Eats to deliver meals right to our front door. Super convenient and there are a lot of local restaurants that participate. Publix grocery store is not too far away (5 min drive) if you want to get groceries. The rooms are really big – especially the master bedroom / bath suites. There is one master suite on the ground floor and one on the top floor. Each master has a king bed plus a single bed with a trundle. There are two more bedrooms upstairs; one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. Wrap around decks on each level provided a lot of additional places for the kids to play. There are a lot of local attractions if you get tired of the beach / pool. We went to a Nature park called George C McGough Nature Park about a mile away. It had turtles for the kids to feed, the cutest screech owls that you’ve ever seen, and a very nice wooden walkway nature trail. The trail leads out to a great view of the Intercostal Waterway where you can see huge whelks from the lookout point. McGough park also has a very unique playground with a zipline that my kids loved. There is another playground at Kolb Park less than a mile from the house with tennis courts and a softball field there at well. We also went to Busch Gardens in Tampa on day. It was about 45 minutes away and pretty empty in November. We got to ride each ride over and over again! We love Westwinds Paradise and will definitely be coming back to this house again.
