Horrible customer service, the clerk was short with us to start, and then argued with me when he got my order wrong. It wasn't my fault, but I got the impression he wanted me to pay for another drink rather than fix it.

Coffee was made slow (took 2-5 minutes) while multiple others were served infront of me, was made up for by the stupendous coffee and chai tea. They also have honey and suger as sweeteners, and had a small thing of cream available. They also have a nice sit down place!

I'm reviewing based on ability to support computer studying/working capabilities. COVID has this place set up with 4 tables (while I was there, 1 of the tables was occupied by the store manager). Internet is fast and staff is incredibly friendly. One of the gals essentially remembers all her regulars by name and that's impressive to me! There's an updated menu compared to the picture from other reviews and lots of room for personalizing drinks!

Best coffee in world, bar none. Trieste espresso grind, but don't forget to freeze it! Americano ristreto or a low volume high zoot punch JOHN Wayne aka underdog ( aka dopio w/sugar free vanilla)
