Horrible managers, aggressive Marie, Diana, Somoka, John, Cindy need to be all fired immediately. Very rude and unprofessional arrogant staff.

This company is the worst. If I could give them no stars I would. The office staff is friendly but the caregivers are untrained and most of them are uncaring. On two occasions I have had a caregiver walk out leaving my father with dementia unattended. When questioned about their behavior they get nasty. I hate to have to write this review, there are a couple of really awesome caregivers here but the bad ones outwieght the good ones. Today I was told that my father having dementia was not documented in the chart by the caregiver who walked out and was told to come back by the office. This was the excuse she provided as to why she left him. This is scary, how can you come into a house and not know the condition of the person you are caring for. It should be noted that we are not new clients, we have been dealing with this company for about six months. When I speak to the office staff to try and resolve issues, they are always documenting and investigating, but why does this keep happening. Do yourself a favor look for another company to provide care to your loved one.

I Started with this company about 3 months ago, and I have Nothing but Great things to say about my Employment Here. By Gods Goodness, I took a risk and changed my Career from Cooking in a restaurant, to the Home Health Field. With no Previous experience, A Better Solution was the ONLY company that offered me a position, AND was able to equip me with the Certifications Needed to be active in this field. Everywhere else required experience, and certain Thresholds I didn't Meet. They Strive On the Clients being #1 Priority, with the Staff in mind as well. I can attest to that because in my interview, both my bosses were Honest from the jump. But what stood out to me was that they were intentional about meeting the concerns and needs I requested upon my interview. And that stood out to me more than anything. I have a GREAT bosses and a Staff who aren't the Micro Managing type . The type who tell everyone to do something, while they sit on the hands. The Leaders and Management I work with truly Lead by Example. They don't mind getting there hands dirty when it's required. Because of that, it entices passion to the Service we provide. We have a precise hiring process that ensures that we only have qualified Care Givers to help with our clients Needs. Even with seeing all aspects of this business. Better Solutions is used by the local VA to aid and assist the elderly, injured, and I suppose recovering. The VA has a standard that personal care is required each and every visit. I get that I do. However, my mother and father who both serve red this nation in the military, mom now 87 yrs old, dad, 90 yrs old. The idea was to ease my mother’s burden and to gain a person in their life they could build trust and a helpful relationship with. AKA find then a better solution. Reality is the company is run in such a way that the same individual rarely (twice in the almost year of “service”).my father has dementia from agent orange exposure. With the constant staff changes no trust was ever built. B.S.never spoke with my mom to help her resolve issues, instead she felt threatened and discouraged after being contacted by staff of B.S. My husband is a vet. I know vets. I know other companies in-other towns that provide Aid and Assistance. Nobody has had the problems my parents had with B.S. but I’ve come to understand their acronym is fitting. I hope management actually reads this. I have ideas that could of helped but none of the scheduling staff were willing to make the effort to return calls or follow thru.
