My truck wasn’t acting right, call Gator Ford made an appointment with my man Bryan in service! Got me right in, convenient night drop off box so I was able to leave my truck late night as I work late. Call me the next day bright and early, sent me a full video with the mechanic as they hooked up the machines and everything. Get a battery replacement for me smooth and easy I was back on the road the next day! I have been to a lot of Ford dealerships in the area never have I experienced the customer service, ease and speed of Gator Ford. I will be back for any and all of my service needs , make sure you ask for Bryan in service

BEST FORD DEALERSHIP! I do not use this term lightly. I have bought 4 new Ford vehicles and all of them have outstanding. However, this is my first interaction with Gator Ford since we just moved to Tampa and John Stevens has rolled out the red carpet. I reserved an F-150 lightning and while waiting for it to come in, John has been working patiently with me to get everything squared away. He even called me to let me know they got the demo in and that I could borrow it for a few days. This truck is AMAZING! It has everything you want in a vehicle: towing, speed, comfort, technology, and tons of room! I am excited to get my truck in a month or so and look forward to a smooth transaction. All I can say is exceptional service! We had Angelo Mendez and wow did he go way above & beyond to assist us in servicing our new to us 2015 Coachmen Concord! We just recently purchased it and had no clue of the history on it. He and his technician did an outstanding job. They did the job in a timely manner and what I really appreciated the MOST was the honestly and not trying to sell me every service they had! I HIGHLY recommend Gator Ford to service all RV coaches. I’m a commercial fleet customer and have been using Gator Ford for about a year now. I have a fleet of Ford Transit vans and also own an F150 and a Roush Ranger. I don’t often write reviews but Gator Ford’s Service Department, and my service advisor in particular, Chris Weaver have really impressed me with their commitment to customer service. The pandemic has really stretched us all pretty thin. But through it all Gator Ford has worked hard to earn and keep my business. Chris is a great communicator and provides me with updates on the status of any vehicle submitted for service, especially on warranty work. Because of the pandemic, many parts are back ordered and their unavailability is out of the dealer’s control. But Chris and Gator Ford have been a great partner through it all. I wanted to take a moment to publicly recognized the men and women of their service department. Thank you for what you do! Your hard work and commitment to customer service has not gone unnoticed.
