Noticed Recently That That The Person That Delivers Our Mail In Seffner Had Changed In The Past Month . This New Guy Does Not Pay Attention To What He’s Doing . He Delivers The Wrong Mail Every Day But Today Makes The 7th Time That He Delivered Such A Big Package To My Home And Im The One That Delivers It Where It Should Have Went To Begin With . Not Only That, But I’ve Been Back & Fourth To USPS On Kingsway Because There Are Not 1 But 4 Packages Of Mine That Have Been Marked Delivered To My Home That I Never Received . Not Happy .

Terrible Post Office! They deliver other people's mail to my mailbox even though they don't live there. For the past 2 months, during rainy season, they continue to leave my mailbox open after being delivered and it is saturated with water from the rain that gets blown into my mailbox. It ruins my mail and sometimes I can barely read it! They obviously don't care. I've had packages not delivered when they said they were, so I now have to have them delivered to my work address. Horrible service with no regard to the customer.

I have lived in Seffner for 2 years now. My mail here does not come until after 6pm. I am constantly getting other people's mail. (Makes me wonder who is getting my mail) I will go days with no mail. 4 days now no mail. Then I get a stack of mail. Tells me they were holding back my mail. My carrier has also smelled of alcohol multiple times. I have walked to my box when he was finally here and wow! My neighbor smelled it too a few times. Get it together or I am making a formal complaint.

Wow. The attitude in this place is terrible. Employees say things like "I don't get paid to listen to complaints." The county has been working on my road for over a year, and every few months one of their contractors squashes the mailbox with a tree or a truck or whatnot. I reform it and put it back. The project is coming to a close in a few weeks and the mailbox will be replaced at that point. The mail lady stopped delivering the mail. I explained the situation to the postmaster twice, and each time I was assured the mail would resume regardless of whether there were a door on the box or not. The mail hasn't been delivered, so I went in today to pick up the mail. While I was waiting for it to be retrieved from the back I hear someone start yelling "Sir"! "Sir, your gonna have to get a P.O. Box"! Sir"! I Look up and I realize this guy is walking out from the back speaking like we were in mid-argument. Super long story shortened for sanity. Now the post office is refusing to accept my mail from senders unless I acquire a post office box, which is not ideal but doable.

You can get most local phone numbers of the USPS by carefully calling their 800 #. >> When you carefully reach a LIVE person there, they can tell you the local numbers. -------- But, in my experience, sometimes the local USPS does not bother to answer their local phone...!!! ------- We should complain IF they don't. -------- The local USPS will never give youpostage rate info; you would then be referred back to their awful 800 #.
I believe its 4:15
Rates very by zip. Check with a window clerk.
No, the Valrico office has one.
Monday's are notoriously a heavy day at the post office. Not to mention if you have a new person learning the route. Be patient or get a p.o. box...
