We were just at the Gainesville NW 13th St location and purchased a new Cub Cadet. The first sales associate (Hannah) we dealt with was very pleasant and helpful. The other one (April) was quite rude to us and to her co-worker. When Hannah asked April to get a tag from the lawn tractor we were purchasing she asked quite rudely if we got oil and a filter to go with it, when my husband said no, she barked how we need to change these are 5 hours. The information was appreciated (even though he knew) BUT her delivery and attitude were far from what customer service should strive to put out. Hannah kindly asked if we wanted the warranty and explained what it covered, we opted for the year, and we checked out. My husband forgot to ask about delivery, April got frustrated and said "that info would have been helpful before you checked out!". She was quite annoyed but moved us to the other register, "I can fix this but now I have to void your sale and redo it" with huge eye roll and attitude. While she was doing this she then, in front of multiple customers, reprimanded Hannah loudly. "Hannah you need to be asking if they need delivery before checking people out!!". I understand that Hannah needed to be informed of this and that this was an inconvenience for everyone, however, doing so in front of customers was not the right time or place! This could have been a teaching moment later when it wasn't busy. Instead this was turned into a way to embarrass someone and make them look and possibly feel incompetent. Five stars to Hannah for taking it all in stride and continuing to be pleasant to the other customers, ZERO stars to April for being rude, condescending, and basically just having bad customer service skills and no regard to her coworkers. So with that I split it and give TS a 3.

They have a lot of puppy care products, but I don't think I've seen shots there before. Probably best to call them since a larger company like this may not check their Google page regularly. It's just us folks who have been there and reviewed them before. They do answer the phones quickly and were very helpful when I called in the past.
If not, the home Depot across the street does.
