I had Blue Cross Blue shield insurance,I was sent by my employer,but I was supposed to get paid for the time off work,I my last day of work was Nov.15 2019 and wasn’t able to check in until Dec.9.Sedwik insurance wanted a verification signature from a doctor,or someone with a psych. degree to prove time off work.The doctor at first step refused to sign,so by the time I graduated and returned to work I was 9 weeks without income.This is still causing a huge amount of unwanted stress!This is a terrible way to enter clean liveing and I would not recommend this facility to anyone! Have call This place on many occasion. Lm Cassey As In Mrs Not 1 Return call Not 1 Decided to Go there for Help A .Person directed me to a door .I went to Go open it it was Lock .Push intercom .Mrs Cassey Answers .She is sitting in the dark. Napping it look like she was Rude .Said only take appointments .Really before your nap or after .Your nap .This is insane .Here have people that need help. This is how its operated .The state needs to step in and get a person that does not want to sleep on the Job .That wants to help people .I will pray for williness for her
