Frank..... Dam the man is still there. My Grand father, father and I would always go here. As a kid till I left for the military I went here to get my hair cut. Frank is a great, great guy! I didn't realize he was still around. Well he is and I'm back getting my hair cut with Mr. Frank.

I always get my hair cut at this Frank Sinatra, Rat Pack-themed barbershop since shortly after I moved to Gloucester about 3 years ago. Frank is the man, he always makes me look good, and he is also very good at "reading the room" in terms of making conversation (or not, as the case may be). Frank's method is unique in my experience, alternating between multiple electric clippers with various length attachments, and just adding a finishing touch with shears and comb. In this way, he works much more quickly than other barbers I've been to, but nonetheless achieves a good result.
