Had 1 appt to get one of my ears checked up because it was bothering me and the initial bill was over $900 after insurance. Called the finance department and they said they thought I wanted to be on the level 5 payment plan not the lower level plan even though I’m 22 years old and just a normal check up plan. So fine maybe they made a mistake… get the fixed bill back and it was still over $400 for a basic 30 min visit. Never going here ever again a absolute rip off.

Aside from parking it's alright. Nice interior, easy to locate correct suite, competent and helpful staff.

UCLAHealth Encino has been a very positive experience with everything except the expensive parking structure! The staff & scheduling is great along with the easy online communication with doctors or for RX refills & access to records. Family Practice Dr. Thomas-Boisvert has been very pro-active & responsive in my telehealth, video & in-person healthcare. She answers my emails & fills/refills my perscriptions very quickly. She listens carefully, pays attention to details and respects what I have to say. She is very personable, smart, knowledgeable, young & up-to-date on the latest medical data & treatments. As an older woman, I felt totally comfortable with our first meeting & wellness visit. I'd highly recommend her to family and friends.
