I went in for a PCR test. An hour later I got the results for a rapid antigen test. When I called in they said, "Oh just disregard that result, it was for someone else." When I asked them what happened they said they "accidentally" put my name and information on someone else's sample for an Antigen test, but that I shouldn't worry, because they still had my sample and would do the PCR test. They didn't seem to realize that putting my name on someone else's sample was a HUGE mistake. How can I trust results coming from this testing facility if I know they mix up samples without much care. Go somewhere else.

I should have paid attention to the reviews. Made a 9am appt. when I showed up. Nobody was there. Waited 20 minutes. Called and finally talked to someone, who told me “nobody will be there until 10/10:30.” I had confirmed the appointment that morning. I drove to another site with both my kids. And FYI; this is CASH only. The booking made me think my insurance was accepted. It’s not. $150 a test. Go somewhere else.

SCAM ALERT. I made an appointment for 40 minutes later, and received an email and multiple text messages stating that the appointment was confirmed. Showed up at the scheduled time and the door was locked. Are they just getting patients' insurance information and then billing insurance for tests that they didn't do???

It took 4.5 hours to get my “Rapid” test results that on the website say 15 minutes. When I was there the girl told me it would be 30 minutes. The whole thing just seemed a little sketchy to me...like a scam. I was there for all of 2 minutes; charged my card $150, swabbed me and told me I’d here in 30 minutes.
