There are no 1 bedroom these days that the park recognizes. But there are 2 and rare availability of 3 bedrooms only $895 for a 2 (over $1k for 3) a month with lot cost included plus down payment. So unless you pay for unit upfront cost which is on average $24,500 or buy one from a private owner in the park. Then lot rent is about 500 with basic fees plus utilities on average if you own the trailer. I'm in the process of maybe moving in to a 2 bed in May. Also 5k is not the average down payment with park thats way high. It's a 5 year basically like a mortgage if pay per month to own the trailer.
Average 850 a month about 500 rent trailer or make payments to buy and lot rents about 350. Not including utilities.
