Our furnace & A/C pump sprung a slow leak and after discovering it about a day later our floor was soggy to walk on. We called insurance and they sent 2 guys , Kevin & Benjamin from Serv Pro. They came in, quickly assessed the situation and took quick action tearing up as little flooring as possible to quickly stop the moisture from spreading into 2 other rooms and our drywall. We couldn’t have asked for better help getting things taken care of. Thanks for all your help!

Somer and Kevin are very professional and know their job. They made it easy for the contractor to install new sheet rock and removed equipment. Great team concept. They were always there when they said they would be. Always notified me prior to showing up. Esmeralda did a fantastic job scheduling the work. She always called me back quickly if I had questions. A scheduler can make or break a company. And she lined up plumber and HVAC company so so one was there right after the other completed the work. That helped keep our down time to a minimum. I highly recommend using Servopro for water damage.
