JUST GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!. Im a European wax costumer since 2018 for my Brazilian; 2 years ago I moved near to Sicklerville and particularly this store is the one that have awful service, they always cancel my appointments, even though I reply the confirmation texts.I can’t get my services done cause I have to rescheduled so many times 1 appointment, I’ll understand one time but this is been happening in so many months that I’m tired of the bad treatments that they give you. They don’t want to give service. The receptionists usually always have a BAD MOOD, RUDE and they act like they’re giving me a favor when I’m the one getting a service and of course not cheap at all, I deserve a least a good experience from the moment I step at the door, plus I pay in advance for the entire year of services. The specialists some of them are very nice and good, but there’s other specialists they just too fast that sometimes they miss spots, that I have to end up doing myself the spots they missed, just depends which specialist you go with. There’s better locations with much better service without rude receptionists. Is sad that I’m not longer using the services at this location, and even worst a costumer that is frequent for so many years to European wax.

The service is always friendly and speedy and the results are always amazing. Update- Just had my first wax with Laci. She’s the best. We were laughing and talking the whole time and she made me forget I was getting waxed! Love her ♥️

I love Carmella who waxes my eyebrows. What I don't like is the phone etiquette. Let the customer finish speaking before you speak. Don't interrupt and definitely don't hang up on me before I finish speaking! That alone makes me want to cancel my services. I hate rude receptionist. Don't like your job get a new one. Especially if I'm being nice and telling you to have a pleasant day, but you wouldn't hear that because you hung up on me! It's a 1 star for me for customer service

I love coming here. My wax specialist is fantastic. She’s so friendly, she always makes me feel like family. Even everyone at the front desk is extremely friendly. I give five stars all the way.
