The SERVPRO Berlin/Williamstown team was truly professional from start to finish. Beginning with Amanda answering my numerous questions about the company and services to meeting with John the account manager they were very positive and easy going. They did not make things feel pushy or things would be needed as an up charge. Once the scope of work was agreed upon I was introduced to Bryan the service tech. He was another class act as he very easy to work (scheduling the service and keeping me updated on the work as I could not stay on site). He and his team did an excellent clean up. I would highly recommend their services!
