We were a group of 8...When we arrived we were shocked to see that there was a line of about 10 customers ahead of us. We were like ughhh! Is this ice cream that good??? We're like we're here let's try it out. Less then 10 minutes, it was out turn to order. The young lady was very pleasant and I informed her that we had a large group. She's like I got this...what would you like? We gave her our orders and her and her coworker immediately went to work and started handling us our order within 1 minutes. I was impressed with the customer service, the time they took to prepare our order, and most of all the sweetness and excellent service that they provided. The ice cream was deliciously creamy and flavor was on point. Will definitely be back for more and if you're in the mood for great ice cream you should definitely stop by. Their prices are very reasonable and portions are great.

Best Ice Cream ever! They make their own ice cream. If you have dietary issues(lactose intolerance, allergies) don't worry anymore. Its not filled with all the extra sugar like other spots. Lots of flavors to choice from and special flavors of the month. They even have vegan ice cream. Stop by and check them out in Artesia, CA but my fav spot is Cypress, CA. Enjoy!

There was only one girl working here by herself. She tried her best, and the world is struggling. But we had to wait super long for service. Ice cream was yummy.

Really good ice cream and service. They have a lot of flavors to choose from and ways to eat it. I stuck with two scoops, one rocky road and one mocha almond fudge. I don’t know if their “thing” is home made or super premium style ice cream but it was very creamy, rich and delicious. The one draw back was the lack of almonds in my scoops. Don’t know if I got unlucky or if they don’t put enough in, but I really didn’t notice until the end so I guess the ice cream was enough to distract my attention. There were four of us and we each tried something different and no one was disappointed. Service was really great too. Very patient with all of our questions and made great suggestions. Will be back.

They have 6 ft markers in the floor, everyone we've encountered was wearing a mask. No hanging out at the tables, there was a "do not sit" sign on the tables
Yes Sammie, along with other ingredients, we also add real fruit.
Because they use a different ice cream scoop for every flavor. And clean their hands in between to avoid cross contamination of their product. I for one am super happy that people who have peanut, gluten, strawberry, and other allergies can eat here with minimal concerns about unintentional hospital trips/EpiPen usage. I'll take the extra wait in line.
Yes they do their cakes are beautiful well presented delicious and impressive if you go to the website to be able to see pictures of them plenty of choices my family love to go there it's one of the top choices for desserts
They have a hundred and forty different flavors at any given time they have 24 available you need to call or email them what flavor you like and they will let you know when it's available it's all homemade in the shop there .their ice cream is delicious you won't be disappointed they also have yogurts ,ices , sorbets ,and sherbets
