The dedicated people who work here are saints. They are taking care of my sister with the utmost care and kindness. We couldn't ask for anything better.

Unfortunately my mother is receiving terrible care at this facility. She had a biopsy on July 4th 2018 for a concern of skin cancer that came back positive for in situ cancer. Unfortunately nobody followed up until March 2019 when me her son started asked what were the results of the biopsy.. Only then did the facility start to look for the results and act. I am very disappointed and worried that the facility had done nothing until my inquiry. The second problem is he facility stated hat they changed her insurance so they can address my mothers dental and visual needs over 2 months ago. The social worker Alex over the last 2 months has ensured me that her insurance was changed and he would notify me of the changes and the amount of transportation rides she would have to address her dental and visual needs. I was able to get a copy of my mothers insurance eligibility inquiry from 6/11/2019, 3/11/2019, 12/1/2018 and 6/1/2018. Her insurance has not changed according to the inquiry. I then proceeded to write a letter asking for an explanations of the untruths that were told and Alex is currently trying to avoid my calls and is not returning my calls. I have now asked to talk his boss Carrie and awaiting a call back. It is unfortunate that the elderly are at the staffs mercy and I wonder how many other residents are not getting their needs meet.

This place single handedly brought my grandmother to an early grave. The state sited them for over medicating her. When you over medicate a patient with dymencha you speed up their disease. They should all lose their licenses in my opinion.

Yes. There are large outdoor patios and gardens that are surrounded by a secure fence.
Yes. We perhaps have a few residents with East Asian Indian Nationality. The center is located very near and almost walking distance to a very large Indian community on Pioneer Blvd. We also have a few Indian nursing staff, MDS nursing staff, rehab staff, and activities staff.
