I will not recomment this place. you have to pay $34 for 2 people, but the lake is very dirty. small. and there is no water for you to rinse off.

This used to be the best place to go because it was cheap and close to philly. Because it was cheap, the facilities were never nice but it was fine. But the prices have jumped astronomically, $12 on weekdays and $19 on weekends. Not to mention it’s $9 for chicken tenders and $6 for fries. They no longer have enough staff to run the slide or diving board. Plus the grounds are infested with lantern flies (they need to treat the trees and set up traps) Cash only for admissions is rough, they accept card for everything else but can’t upgrade this? Sadly, bellmawr has lost its appeal as the cheaper, closer alternative to the shore.

I had a lot of fun here on 4th of July. Very strong sense of community here which you can’t really put a price on these days. Fellow beach goers let us borrow their spatula as we had come unprepared, and we played volleyball with a bunch …

Kids are free 10 and under, $12 age 16+ for first timers and weekends. Then its $10 on week days or when you return with voucher(red, yellow, green card)
I went Saturday it's 11 now. For weekends. Not sure about other days.
Its not very deep on the swimmers side. I'm not certain but estimated tops 5ft on the accessible open to free swim side . There is a deeper portion of the lake with a diving board and a slide. That side is roped off specifically to use for either diving or sliding.
If you go up the street and turn before the bowling alley Creek road to route 130 there's a bunch of motels there I think motel 6 Red roof and there's another one I think it's called the budget in there's also one on market and 130 it's in Royal farms behind it
Free for under 2. They also do military discounts if it applies
Anybody over 12 is considered an adult(strange i know). So it'll be 8 dollars each during the week and 10 a piece on the weekend.
The only time you pay, is at the entrance and when you're at the bar. Grills are free for all to use, but limited on quantities.. Basically first come first serve
Lake Absegami at Bass River State Forest, you can bring your whole family including the dog. 🐕 I think you can bring pets to Lake Manahawkin, too.
Yes Bellmawr lake has grills there aren't any basketball courts. The lake is set up like a beach and a picnic area so they have water sports volleyball and things like that
You can not bring in outside liquor but rlthey have a bar and prices are cheaper than regular bar...12 bucks to get in weekdays 15 bucks on weekends and yes there are restroo.s
Actually their prices went up.. it's 14 dollars for adults and children 13 and up on weekdays. I was just there yesterday and paid 36$ for 2 adults and a 13 year old, and that was with the coupons.. I don't think they updated their prices on their website
I believe is 18 and 21 if u want to drink
They do not sell season passes but the above response is correct
The roped in area is pretty shallow throughout. My 6 year old can go up to the rope and still stand-water at chin. It gets deeper past the rope, I'm not sure how deep, but only swimmers who want to go out to the diving board can go beyond rope and are escorted by a lifeguard in a kayak.
There's some concrete at the pavillion but it's all sand stone and grass. Including the parking lot.
all day unless there's a problem
I've never seen any . I know it's a man made lake it's not for fishing just swimming.
Once you get the card on your first visit it's 7 dollars. First visit I think will be 8 dollars
From the website: Weekdays Adults 12 and over......$9.00** ($8.00 with entrance card) Children 2 to 11........$7.00** ($6.00 with entrance card) Weekend and Holiday General Admission Adults 12 and over....$11.00** ($10.00 with entrance card) Children 2 to 11 ........$8.00** ($7.00 with entrance card)
Weekends are different than during the week but think they are around 7
Prices go up on July 1, 2019. I took 2 adults and 6 kids, it cost $52.00. Now that I have the cards it will be $1.00 cheaper for each person. Go on the website or app and it will tell u eveything... hours/prices/rules/events etc.
Underground stream that's y it's so cold in the deep part
Weekdays Adults 12 and over......$9.00** ($8.00 with entrance card) Children 2 to 11........$7.00** ($6.00 with entrance card) Weekend and Holiday General Admission Adults 12 and over....$11.00** ($10.00 with entrance card) Children 2 to 11 ........$8.00** ($7.00 with entrance card) Im not 100% sure they would consider Father's Day a "hoilday" ...
Just for the people on the car no parking charges. But last time I was there the bungalows where falling apart and if it rains trust me get a umbrella water gets tru
Weekdays $8 Adults $6 children Weekends/Holidays $10 Adults $7 children that's just for general admission
Memorial day weekend is when all lakes and beaches officially open! Although today would've been a great lake day!
Absolutely I would definitely recommend going to the lake, it's clean, you can BBQ they have picnic tables horseshoes you can play volleyball you can buy all kinds of blow up toys for the kids to play in the lake they have a slide which is pretty cool they have a nice diving board but you have to be able to swim non-stop all the way from the ropes to the diving board because it's pretty deep out there. They have lifeguards on boats the whole time you're in the water at the diving board for safety which I think is brilliant. Yes the place is a little old but the owners keep it very clean nice and safe for everyone they even have a bar which is awesome for the adults so bringing alcohol to the lake is prohibited if you would like to drink you must purchase it at the bar. I really love this place I have brought all seven of my children here and will continue bringing all seven of my children here and I can't wait until it opens in May. Bellmawr Lake you rock. Call for pricing.
She is right . But just to let you know the last time i went was a month ago and everyone from lifeguards to other people that work there seen a floating diaper and not do anything about it by the second time it pass me i took it out my SELF and that's if it was the same diaper! SMH
No outside alcohol. You can only purchase that i know of.
On a weekday it is eight dollars per person. You may bring as many ppl as you would like. They have grills throughout the picnic area. Or you can bring your own grill. If you use their grill you will need charcoal and lighter fluid.
Some days its gets really crowded you need to get there early for a good spot
I believe so
You cannot bring outside alcohol and their prices are fair
Yes it is permitted
You can and no charge to bring those items. The only extra charges are when you purchase their food or drink and to rent floats for the slide
It's about as clean as a lake could be and the restrooms were good last I remember
yeah no carload prices
You can if you like your grill but they have those standard park grills as well.
absolutely, the beach area will not accommodate so well but the rest is all good for wheelchair use.
No your not supposed to bring any in and can be removed for it. But tge bar is really cheap and they have a great selection of everything :)
Yes. They have a kitchen that sells burger and fry type stuff as well as drinks.
Unsure, i would contact the office as they may not answer here.
