I was out of my mind and I decided to take apart my watch. Half way through and 1 screw missing, I realized that I will never be able to put it back together. I called Timeland at 5.59pm right before closing. The owner told me to bring it in the next day. Next morning, it appears that my 2 other watches are in need of new batteries, so I took all 3 in. It was a divine intervention, the owner's son, Jimmy, was able to reassemble my dead watch and bring it back to life! The owner helped me with batteries for my 2 other watches, and all 3 are now telling me time. While in the shop, I notice beautiful selections of G-Shock and Seiko watches at the store. I can't resist the temptation and got myself a new G-Shock with green hands. I told my wife that I went to Costco this morning, and thank goodness she didn't notice my new toy when I got back, lol. Also, I saw a few gorgeous Seiko 5 Sports and limited edition Seiko 5 "One Piece". I can't wait for my next paycheck to come in. I came to the store this morning with 3 dead watches and left with 4 perfect watches and an abundance of joy. I am very grateful for the owner and her son for helping me out today. Again, I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of watch repair. To me, Timeland is like a very good watch, always reliable and truthful.

I just discovered this little gem and cannot recommend them enough for your watch needs. Penny and her staff are first class. They made me feel right at home and were beyond professional, knowledgable, and just downright nice! I will be having them service my watches from this point forward. It's so great when you discover a place like this and even better when they're as nice as Penny and her staff!

Penny was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. I came to exchange the band my watch came with and could not be any happier. Penny quickly realized I was new to dress watches and gave me a crash course on Dress Watches 101. Definitiely worth every penny I spent at Timeland. I'm so glad I found timeland! Not only are they family owned and operated but the service and pricing is top notch. I came here to get my watch batteries replaced (5 watches took less than 15 minutes). I couldn't resist their collection and also ended up buying two Seikos and a leather strap. Timeland is going to be my go to watch shop moving forward.
