Just trying out a local breakfast spot nearby home. The place had a homely feel to it. The service was great. The food looked and tasted great. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars only because they didn't offer many options when it came to sauces for example tapatio, cholula, or any jams for the toast. Now they did offer their version of these items I requested but wasn't a great choice for myself. Other than that this place was awesome and will return (I will bring my own tapatio next time).

This was my first time visiting Joe's Cafe and I would give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The ambiance was cool and I appreciated the fact that a lot of their decor was recycled kitchen materials (clever) but overall it felt a bit much. When we went there was live music which was not my vibe, it made the atmosphere feel a bit overwhelmed... The food was decent, I ordered the cure and while I am an avid breakfast lover this was not the proper choice for me. I would try their sandwiches or steak next time.

Fantastic, high quality food at great prices! The staff were super friendly. They also had live acoustic guitar music and singing, at least when I was there on a Friday at 11:30am. What a great vibe and a nice local joint. I ordered the chicken and waffles. They served some complimentary pretzle bread and two types of dipping sauces as well. Soooo tasty.

No it is not related to any other restaurant. This is a single unit, family owned, and operated restaurant.
Yes have to go tru the ally, sometimes you get lucky ..
We actually only take reservations for dinner! But Sunday’s at 1pm do tend to slow down a bit. Our bar is open seating, which is always an option too! And yes we do close from 3pm to 5pm!
If I were you, I would go back to the restaurant and talj to the manager. Apparently the person who you talked to before doesn't care about their job. Joe's Cafe has really good food and it is a comfortable place to have a nice meal.
