How long does it take to put out the blue pickup cards?.. I show my package was delivered on Friday, and here it is Monday at 10:30 and still nothing?

The most glaring problem with mail in Crestline, 92325, is that UPS, FedEx and Amazon have NO problem delivering items directly to the front door of every house in these mountains - regardless of the weather. Yet, the USPS refuses to do the same, forcing ALL residents to try to get to their P.O. Box during extremely limited business hours. This Post Office is only open for 2-3 hours on Saturday, and not at all on Sunday. Residents who have to drive down the hill during the week leave for work before the PO. opens and don't return until after the P.O. closes.

The wonderful folks here do what they can, considering that their superiors are lying to them doesn't help. I've also noticed people complaining about the lobby being closed, to clarify for the whiners; they close the lobby due to an excessive amount of vandalism. PO Boxes were at one point being pried open and the contents stolen, this also applies to the Parcel Lockers. I don't know about you Karens out there, but I'm thankful my mail doesn't get stolen, maybe you're okay with your stuff being stolen, but I certainly am NOT okay with it. So for those complaining; YOU ARE WRONG, FIX YOURSELF.

I've never had any issues like many of the negative reviewers here. Nicest people behind the counter doing thier best to serve us with our postal needs. More employees would be helpful as the pandemic has made for long lines nearly ever single day. Thank you postal workers for serving our community.

I'm not sure what you mean by what time they process passports but I do think they process them in general. It'll be easier if you can fill out the paperwork beforehand though. They're almost always super busy and short staffed. So having your things ready is appreciated
Yes. I believe normal business hours. 9am - 4:30pm
The lobby to the boxes closes at 6pm. I thought the hours were on the door. 🤷🏼♀️ But they are definitely in the US postal service website when you search the lake drive location
The p.o.box is the best way, call them, they usually put large packages in the locker and a key in the box
How did you solve your identity problem, I'm going through the same thing, and i can't get anyone on the edd phone number
We haven't had a copier for 7-8 years. It was not the PO property, a private company owned it. The company couldn't keep it running properly, and removed it. The library makes copies.
9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday and 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Saturday and closed on Sunday
