I’ve never experienced such bad customer service. I’ve worked in food service and would never do that to a customer. Zero people in line, and as soon as we walked in we were asked if we’re eating in or ordering to go. After which the hostess disappeared in the kitchen for 5 minutes while we waited at the front, and you could hear people talking. Why did she even ask. After doing whatever she did there she came back to take our order after I rang the bell a few times. Then we waited 25 - 30 min. She didn’t warn us that it would take so long. If she did then I wouldn’t complain. Back where I worked if I knew something would take 15 minutes I would tell them to set the expectation. She walked across the floor to the kitchen and back to the other side and not once did she take initiative to say, “Your food will be ready in 10 minutes” or “Sorry for the wait.” Nothing. Didn’t set expectations on how long it would take, no explanation as to why it takes so long. Finally I asked, “What’s taking so long?” To which she replied, “Everything in the burrito is fried fresh to order. The chicken and mozzarella takes 10 minutes to fry.” Then she left again. Why couldn’t she have said that when we ordered? Why leave us waiting for so long without communication. 30 minutes had gone by from entering the restaurant to getting our food. No apologies for it taking long without warning, no customer service whatsoever. The place was pretty much empty so it’s not cause there were a lot of orders that it took long either. Very disappointed. $30 dollars for a hot burrito and chicken slider at the expense of 30min and lack of customer service? Never again. Also, what is the presentation for this chicken slider… why is it open like that. 30min??

I WISH ZERO STARS WAS POSSIBLE!! Went to celebrate a birthday last night, the specific food options we went for were not available all we could ask for was tacos or quesadillas(surprised they didn't tell us we could no longer smoke).... me and the others from our group have been stuck on the 🚽 all day with horrible stomach aches... will never be back here again

Coming from Virginia, we wanted to try a place with good tacos. We certainly were not disappointed. We ordered a late night snack of pollo, lengua, asada, and shrimp tacos and chips and salsa. Everything was amazing. The young lady at the counter was kind and helpful. This place has the best tacos we've had so far.

So, where do I start? First off, this was quite a unique, extraordinary and one of it's first in Anaheim. The food was pretty good and that goes for the Half Mex Chicken Sliders (nothing small about them), these chicken sliders are categorized in 3 different heat levels, Normal/Regular, Half Mex, and full Mex. We also tried out the tacos de pastor which came with cebolla, cilantro and guacamole. I think that the pastor was a bit too salty but that was because i decided to try the meat by itself to get it's full taste, with all the other ingredients you can hardly taste the salt. All in all the food was good and i would definitely come back to try out their seafood. I didn't get the chance to check out the inside although based on other photos it looked amazing. The outdoor seating is pretty spacious, nothing special about the.....yet(i have understood that they have less than a month that they opened, so i expect greater improvements. Now, the part we've all been wanting to know about, The Gravity Bong! As you might've realized by now, Tacos Tumbados is a 420 friendly taqueria(only in the outside seating). They do allow for guests to bring in their own blunts, papers, pipes, and small pieces......oooooooorrrrr you can rent out their gravity bong. Prices are 40$ for 1 hour and 20$ for 30 minutes. You should definitely rent it if you've never tried it before. It's whole new experience. Although the bong was a bit dirty from the outside, mostly due to water spots from being cleaned prior to us, it was pretty clean on the inside. In conclusion, if you live tacos, weed, and passing by the time in a calm, relaxed environment, this is definitely the place.
