Front desk were super nice and welcoming! the room was clean. the only thing for my 4 stars is that there were people smoking in the pool everything else a good service.

The overall experience was very good. Other than a couple of hitches the stay was comfortable. The hotel location is very convenient to reach and has a number of restaurants in the close vicinity.

Try to stay here but the person who made my reservation was too incredibly high. After a ridiculous 20 minute phone call with reservations and confirming three times the date of my reservation which was for the day I was calling I arrived at the hotel and was told it was made for the wrong day and that there were no rooms available. Normally I would not accuse someone of being high but in this situation it is the only way I can explain how they were acting. I was expecting a little more from a four-star hotel but was sadly disappointed and had to sleep in my truck after a 20 Hour drive. Maybe the hotel is nice on the inside if you are actually able to successfully make a reservation.

I specifically stayed at this hotel as I had stayed once before. Everything about this hotel is comfortable, quiet and very clean. The only thing I would suggest is they move the toilet paper handle off the sink as it is in your way when using the toilet. Very strange place for it to be. They have such a beautiful pool area that I did not see last time. It is set up with a BBG area seating area for a good size gathering. The grounds are kept very nice. The service I received was pleasant with smiles. I would highly recommend staying here as I will again.
