Rude staff they get paid from our money we have here with them. Cant switch different banks because have had bad experiences too . i guess im hiding my money under my pillow now

I love chase, but seriously on a Friday they have two people? I get it they are replacing people with technology, but sometimes stuff happens and you need to talk to a teller. So, really at least ok a busy day like Friday, open some windows.

Just atrocious customer Service. Just a simple thing like adding my parents to my account took 3 trips because they failed to give full information.

If I can leave zero stars I would. PLEASE FIRE THE BANK MANAGER. Today 12/2, a line to the door with two tellers. Every time I go in, there is at least 10 people in line. Every time I ask why, they say, oh we never have a line. One thing? I am the same person they tell the same story too. I also dont feel safe to let my daughter come to get money out do to all the day labor's hanging out in the parking lot.
