We stopped here for lunch during our wine tour. Very interesting, very German atmosphere! Lots of decorations to look at, decent service. At the time of our visit, the restaurant was relatively slow. We ordered a cheddar brat with chilli and a chicken spiedie sandwich and waited approximately 8 to 10 minutes for our order. I ordered a local root beer with my meal and I highly suggest giving it a shot if you are a root beer fan. The chicken spiedie sandwich was very lackluster, but it's hard to compete with the original lupos and spiedie and rib pit in Binghamton. The cheddar brat was very good and very filling, however, the chili was only lukewarm, But it did have good flavor. It is important to note that The cost of the sandwich/hotdog/brat does not include a side, They are all extra here. Considering this, the price isn't crazy, But I do feel it was ever so slightly on the higher side for the amount of food you get. The staff here were very friendly! One gentleman, whom I believe was the owner, stopped by our table multiple times to ensure everything was fine. They are very Obviously focused on customer satisfaction, and that's a huge plus. Overall, I would give Brews and brats another Chance. I rated the place four stars instead of three because The true bratwurst connoisseurs seem to swear by this place, I just wouldn't consider myself in the same crowd and didn't feel rating this place three stars would be fair considering that fact.

Food: delicious locally made brats and hot dogs; amazing homemade baked beans in regular and vegetarian, both wonderful; awesome, huge pretzels. Drinks: excellent variety of Finger Lakes craft beers and wines; many unique drink combinations; nonalcoholic beverages available. Environment: inside was meticulously created to be fun and comfortable; outside features umbrellaed picnic bench seating with big skies and beautiful country landscape views. Staff: super nice, very friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Delicious food, fantastic service, and beautiful views! We were so happy to find this place. We had a brat, Mexican chipotle vegetarian sausage, potato salad, and beans. All delicious! Also try some of their mixed beers!

A toast to Oktoberfest! Would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. Very unassuming, but amazing family run spot! Beautiful outdoor garden overlooking serene farmland and a very cute homey interior. Incredible beer list and homemade food. I got the go brat with garlic and onion with sauerkraut and a side of the omg beans. Husband ordered the cheddar brat with chili on top. A total feast! Insanely generous portions and pours. Perfect place to enjoy good food and live music.
