Room where not clean staff was rude I stayed a week left my key in the room had to wait 45 min ringing the b4 anyone come to the window bed bugs and a lot of junkies running around the parking lot and knocking on doors but there dog was sweet

Every time my grandma rents a room here the tv doesn't work or the internet and the owners are very rude and try to run you out of the room at 8am instead of allowing you to enjoy your time until check out time which is 11am. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!! GO TO RICHMOND SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Our room was absolutely filthy. Mold in the bathroom, stains on the sheets and the carpet was sticky. They must leave the AC off in the rooms when no one is staying there because our room was stifling hot when we first arrived. Lastly, even though we booked through Priceline, the said that they don't use Priceline. Then they charged my credit card a second time for the room! Glad I was only there for one night. I will sleep in my car before I stay here again...
