I have given this business numerous chances and just don't feel as if the owner really understands what it means to be professional and reliable. Our last appointment it took her over a week just to get back in touch with me and that was after a few instant messages (how we normally communicate) as well as calling her on the phone. She even answered my call the last time and told me she was on her way to the shop to check her book and would call me right back. Never heard back from her until late that evening. This was after I had already waited 5 days to get a response from her to book. Very hard to get in touch with and not very good at communication at all. After ALL of the difficult time trying to schedule, my husband left to drop our dog off only to get there and find that the lights were off and no one was in the store at 4 PM which was our SCHEDULED appt time. I called to find out what was going on and she told me that she had left me a voicemail telling me she had the Flu....I didn't have any missed calls from her NOR a voicemail. Then she tried to tell me her phone was messed up but when I was on the phone with my husband telling him he had to turn back around and come home (wasted trip) she called me trying to reschedule. I don't buy her stories and she's trying to cover her tracks. You cannot own a business and just not show up or make up excuses. This is not the first time she has rescheduled. She needs to hire some help or quit cancelling on people that have full time jobs and work around these appointments. IT's not fair to the paying customers. There are too many other dog groomers out there that want the business. As far as the actual service provided in the past, my only dislike was that she doesn't use any cologne after the bath. My dog never smelled clean like he has with every other groomer I have used in the past.

Pleased with the grooming of the pups. Perhaps more clean up could be done between grooming appointments so reception area is not so furry.

Excellent service. The owner is flexible, firm yet kind and patient. We were here visiting from Florida and my dog gets very anxious and aggressive when getting groomed, but Christie handle him really well!

First time I ever took my huskies to a groomer and let me tell you they did an amazing job with these hairy dogs. Amazing is not a good enough word, they look and smell so good! I will definitely be going back frequently.
