I kept hearing this squealing noise coming from the front of my car. I realized the noise I was hearing was the sound of a kitten that was stuck somewhere under my hood. So many of my coworkers tried to help free this kitten but it was impossible due to where he was located. Headed to work with much anxiety because I’m driving with this little guy still stuck in my car, I see pep boys on Crenshaw Blvd. I stopped and hoped someone could assist me. That’s where I met Myron. I explained that there was a live kitten stuck somewhere under the hood of my car. He took charge, raised my car and freed the little guy. You don’t know how happy I was and I’m sure the kitten was too. Talk about world class service and beyond.

This has become my go-to tire and service shop. They care about you getting the best out of your time with them and making sure you are spending money on the things you need and not wasting it. Definitely a 5 star service!

I am completely amazed by the level of professionalism, expertise, integrity, compassion and care (yes, care) I received during my visit to this Pep Boys. Lupe and Myron, the manager, went above and beyond my expectations. My brake pedal was going to the floor. I did some research to prepare for the outcome. Turned out it was my master cylinder. Also, I had changed my brakes (yep, I did that :D) but didn’t change the Rotors. So the front brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. They also showed me that my rear tires had cupping due to bad shocks. Mind you, I was noticing noise from the back of my car and thought maybe something was loose in my trunk. I didn’t even think to mention it to them. But Lupe fully inspected my car and was honest about everything he discovered. He showed me everything, explained it all in detail and made sure I was safe waking through the garage. They kept me updated every step of the way. Thank you Lupe and Myron! I will definitely go back to them for maintenance issues.

They are just trying to make you buy two more tires that you probably don't need and make you spend more money
They are open from 9am - 6pm on Sundays.
I don't think so. I haven't heard about it closing.
Masks required. Waiting room closed.
Better go to a neighborhood tire shop for that about 20bucks or mo
