Questions & Answers

Why is it so hard for me as a tenant to get anyone that cares to help me when something in your building messes up. I’ve tried and tried and no one helps me. This is by far the worst management and customer service that I have ever had.

I don’t really have a question but this company is literally a joke and they will tell you they are going to fix the issues you have and then they screw you and try to make you pay more after already doing necessary things to move. Don’t rent here!

Does real property management accept section 8 vouchers? I’m a college student at Bakersfield College, majoring in Biology and I work in the financial aid office on campus. I was just awarded a 1 bedroom voucher for $653. I’m in dyer need of a place.
