It was time for me to replace my Honda CRV. After comparing the new CRV, Rav4 and Subaru Forester I found that the Subaru was the best fit for me and in my opinion has the best ride, all wheel drive system and instrument interface. I love my Subaru Sport and had a fantastic experience due to the knowledge and professionalism of Spencer Van Zijl, my cool South African accented sales consultant! He took great care of me and made the buying experience one to remember! I would recommend anyone interested in a Subaru to use Mechanicsburg Subaru.

If I could recant my sale based on my customer service experience, I would. I spent four hours working with Michaela she wasn’t very nice but incredibly scattered. She was essentially used as an in between for the finance manager who could have cut down on a lot of time waited had he just walked out of his office to talk to us instead of waiting for her in between pages. They lied and told me my car would be cleaned for me & gas filled. I was given an almost empty on gas vehicle with dirty floors and Burger King salt packets still laying on the floor. Michaela said she would have it cleaned but, I had already waited so long I just wanted to go at that point. Now, I have to see if they’ll honor what they should have done in the first place on my day off. Overall, not a good experience and hopefully there is some atonement for the lack of care in concern that was into my purchase.

Never ever been to a worst dealership! After yesterday everything went good in the beginning but i can definitely tell most of the sales reps are stuck up and only care about the money they make, i went in yesterday and got my car apprised they gave me an appraisal of poor condition, when there is nothing mechanical wrong with the vehicle just cosmetic, it took them 2 hours to get me around the trade price i wanted and was super stuck up and hard to negotiate with, my opinion if sales people are like that there are plenty of other dealers out there that try there all mighty power to get you into that vehicle, just becarful when u take your vehicles there they will low ball you on a trade number as well!
