My wife and I love this community! Very family oriented. Virginia the property manager made the process so easy and she’s super helpful. Mando does a fantastic job with all our maintenance needs in a very efficient and professional manner. The whole staff is very friendly and quick to help. It’s our second year living here and we love how calm and clean the premises are. Definitely a great place to live, thank you Eaves San Dimas Canyon.

Hernan is awesome. I feel comfortable and welcomed with him as my property manager. He is on top of solving any issues. His customer service and communication exceeded my expectations. I am also pleased with maintenance team, they are always on top of it! I finally found an apartment I’m comfortable and pleased with and I plan on renewing my lease again!

Very family oriented and love that they bring food trucks out here to support local businesses. Hernan is super helpful when it came to an issue I was having. Very nice technicians here. Also enjoy the morning donuts and coffee.

I'm currently a tenant at Eaves and I wanted to express my appreciation to Mondo and Hernan for going above and beyond to assist me this evening. FedEx delivered a dining table I ordered in a very large box and left it at the bottom of the stairs instead of delivering it to my door on the second floor. I unfortunately did not have anyone to assist me in bringing up the box so I went to the leasing office in hopes of seeing someone from the maintenance department that could help me get the heavy box up the stairs. I ran into Hernan, who works in the leasing office, and he stated he'd get someone to assist me. Well Hernan and Mondo of the maintenance department, brought the large box up the stairs and into my apartment. They obviously take pride in what they do as staff for the complex but beyond that, they showed they are just good human beings. Thanks guys 🙂🙂
