I went to this salon and had an appointment scheduled for 1pm. Prior my appointment, a tech called me and asked if I could come early. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to but I did arrive on time. Once I arrived I was greeted and it was acknowledged that I had a scheduled appointment. All techs were busy upon my arrival which is understood. One of the techs completed the previous client she had but she did not begin working on my nails. In fact, she started writing out bills!!! I waited patiently thinking that maybe she needed a short break or just handling their bills quickly before the mail ran for the day. However, a customer walked in and asked for their nails to be soaked off (one of the services I needed as well) and she started working on her nails immediately. I could not believe what I saw! Instead of making a fuss I walked out and will NEVER GO BACK. I even called the shop to make them aware of their lack of customer service and they were still not very apologetic smh I would give a 0 if I could.

Was told they could take me now for pedicure when it was clearly 2 people in front of me. Then after 10 minutes of waiting, I soaked for 32 minutes before anybody even warmed my water BACK up because it was cold. After 39 minutes the lady asked me what I wanted (after I told 2 other people who clearly didn’t plan on touching my feet In the first place). I ended up having to leave because o got a call and they hasn’t stated. Her funky a*s threw the towel at me like I did something wrong. I’m not paying full price for a service, wait 40 mins then you rush it! GTFOH

The time they take is too much and one person or another takes care of you, not just one person needs more employees and more professionals who are working
