Our experience with Vintage at Burkitt has been nothing but fantastic! I am local & my best friend is relocating here from California. Lexi in leasing couldn’t have made this any easier on both of us, making the stress of moving much smoother. We chose these apartments because we love the units - the hardwood floors, the kitchen, the open sunroom making it even bigger and allowing us to both work from home so easily. But the community itself is fantastic too. A few days in, it’s so quiet and calm here. They take things like pet waste seriously (which is nice since we’ve lived in many places before that did not!), and stuff like the pool is done in a way that only guests of residents can be in it and not random people sneaking in regularly. We really love our place and hope we are here for awhile!!!

I’ve lived here for over a year. It’s a safe complex and pretty quiet. Pricing is decent. Maintenance is very responsive. Apartments are new and have a modern style. For the past maybe 2-3 months, the water has been turned off at least 5 times randomly and I’m getting sick of it. It’s extremely inconvenient. Aside from the water, I’ve only ever had one other issue with the complex and its lack of communication. I moved in with 2 dogs and made that aware. I was told how much the fees and everything would be. There were a bunch of fees for moving in but one way or another, it was overlooked that only one of my dogs’ fees had been paid for. As I said, I paid a lot of different fees to move in so I didn’t even think about it. 4 months later, they threw in the $350 on my rent. Of course I paid it because it was owed, but I did not appreciate having $350 added unto my bill with 0 communication beforehand. I called and was told that they had forgotten to charge for my second dog months prior. Fine. But to me, it would have been more professional to send a message saying they realized they hadn’t charged for my second dog and the following month, I will have to pay the money. Not just throw the fee on my rent out of the blue because of your oversight. It’s not like I hid the dog. I actually brought both dogs to the office to be swabbed when moving in. Parking is also horrible. Either a bunch of people have too many roommates or the apartment did not consider the number of residents per building. If you get home late, trust and believe there will be no parking spaces anywhere near your building. I assume that’s why they didn’t offer assigned parking because they know there aren’t enough parking spaces for the residents. Finally, this is less of a complaint and more of an observation: if you have a smaller dog, be careful using the dog park or leaving your dog on patio. My dog has escaped through the wide bars at the dog park many times and has gotten through my patio bars as well. Edit: I just read another review about the walls being thin and it reminded me: YES. I know my upstairs neighbor and she is as sweet as can be but I can hear her every time she moves, slides a chair, etc. You can hear everything from above and on the sides of you. My next for neighbor was talking loud one evening and I could hear their muffled voice through the wall while in the kitchen.

These apartments were the absolute best that I've ever lived in (and I've lived in very many). I miss staying there so much. Staff was great, neighbors were polite and quiet, & maintenance was also pretty good as well and it felt extremely safe staying there, not to mention the huge floor plans for the price. One of a kind..5 stars!Thank you for reviewing us, Apryl! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed living in our community. We do our best to upkeep our community, and to make it feel like home for our residents. Our team is pleased to see your review reflects that.

The apartments are nice but I don’t know if the ceilings are paper thin or what!? Neighbors upstairs are TOOOO noisy for my liking. I’m counting down the days until I move. I’ve told the office a few times and they basically told me I have to deal with it because I’m in a multi- family apartment. June of 2022 can’t come fast enough. We are sorry to hear you feel this way, Brittany. Our residents’ comfort is very important to us and we are sorry to hear that noise from your neighbors has been an issue. Noise pollution can be an unfortunate side effect of living in a multifamily housing situation, but if the noise is excessive or you feel that your neighbors are violating community policies, we would be happy to discuss the matter with you in more detail. We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us.
