Tried to report a caller (automated voice) that identified themselves as Microsoft, telling me that they detected someone trying to hack my Microsoft account on my computer. This was a fraudulent call as I do not use Microsoft. I could not contact their headquarters as when I called they could not accept my call at the moment but I was told to call back later. (I googled their headquarters to get the correct phone number) I only wanted to tell them that a different entity was using their name to get information. This was a scam call, I reported to the FTC, but Microsoft could not be reached. I just thought they might want to know that their company name was being used to dupe unsuspecting people so that this third party could gain access to people’s computer and charge them on a credit card for it. I am so glad this company cares. (NOT)

My experice at Microsoft was terrible I SPOKE TO EDDY METHOLA he was vary unprofessional he was mixed up with what he was saying and have me a poor attitude i do not like the attitude that I was givein
