i got 4 subs 2 ham & cheese 1 turkey 1 roast beef & 2 salads subs smelled funky and bread was drenched soggy kids would not eat them the salads had rotten cucumbers and rotten tomatoes i guess i should have looked at the bottom of the salads cuz they were full of slimy eggs and brown lettuce and everything was to be maid fresh daily that's what the sign said so gross $64 dollars in the trash waist of money

Horrible customer service by Karen herself. My first and last time in the store. Girls in the kitchen were nice, we left them a generous tip. When checking out cashier said that my card was not going through, three different times. I use a different bank card. When I got home I realized I have been charged 3 times total, one was refunded by the bank but I still had the same charge on two different cards. After explaining this extensively to Karen and another employee (Numerous times), emailing with Receipts and bank statements I was told she wouldn’t do anything about her cashiers mistake and I had to take it up with the bank. It took be me a week to file the claim and get my $ back, by this time it was just the principle of the matter. All that trouble over $21. They must be hurting for some income. You don’t treat respectful customers like trash. Total lack of respect. They assume everyone that comes in there is poor trying to get something for nothing. Not today Karen, not today!
